If you breakfast of oatmeal with milk:
- Boil 1/4 cup of oats with 1 cup of milk for 4 minutes with constant stirring to the fire or the microwave.
- Then add a tablespoon of orange blossom water + a tablespoon of raisins.
You may also add raw nuts such as pistachios, almonds or any type of fruit fresh or dried.
If you get a breakfast of 270 calories a 0.6 g fiber, 14.8 g protein containing 0.250 mg calcium.
